Hi, I’m Mal — the heart behind Daily Fit With Mal.
I believe fitness should be simple, consistent, and empowering. That’s why I show up live every weekday morning — not just to lead a workout, but to help you build strength, confidence, and momentum that lasts far beyond your living room.

I’m also a wife to my amazing husband Thad and a proud mom of three beautiful children. I know what it’s like to juggle a busy life while trying to take care of yourself — and that’s why I created this space. It’s not about perfection; it’s about progress, showing up, and becoming a stronger every day.

My goal is to help you feel stronger in your body, clearer in your mind, and more proud of yourself every single day.
